(ii) The specific heat capacity of copper is 0.4 J g-1 K-1?

(i) According to the statement, the heat capacity of a body is 50 JK. This means that we have to supply 50 joules of energy in order to increase the temperature of this body by 1 K.

(ii) According to the statement, specific heat capacity of copper is 0.4 J g-1 K-1. This means that we have to supply 0.4 joules of energy if we want to increase the temperature of 1g of copper by 1 K.
