$f(x)=7 x^{2}-\frac{11}{3} x-\frac{2}{3}=0$

$\Rightarrow 21 \mathrm{x}^{2}-11 \mathrm{x}-2=0$

$\Rightarrow 21 \mathrm{x}^{2}-14 \mathrm{x}+3 \mathrm{x}-2=0$

$\Rightarrow 7 x(3 x-2)+1(3 x-2)=0$

$\Rightarrow(3 x-2)(7 x+1)=0$

$\Rightarrow \mathrm{x}=\frac{2}{3}$ or $\mathrm{x}=\frac{-1}{7}$
