Solution:

(a) The cable is connected to a kWh meter after the business fuse. Connections are made from this meter to a main switch and a main fuse in the distribution box.

(b) The main fuse is only attached to the live wire, and in the event of a large current, it burns out, causing the connections to be disconnected to save the appliances.

(c) Both the live and neutral wires are connected to the main switch. It is used to disconnect the live and neutral wires from the main supply at the same time.
