MAHACET Maths Syllabus

The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell of Maharashtra has updated the syllabus for Maths. Students who are currently enrolled in Class 12 should know the details of the MAHACET Maths Syllabus 2021. The date for the entrance exam will be announced through the official website of the CET cell. The application forms are to be released on June 8, 2021, and will be accepted till July 15, 2021.

Overview of MHT CET Maths Syllabus 2021

The major topics that are covered in the Maths part of the entrance exam are from chapters such as trigonometric functions, factorization, straight line, circle and conics, probability, sequence and series, relations and functions, sets, etc. Students should expect 50 questions included in the entrance exam paper for Maths subject from the following topics.

Marking Scheme for MAHACET Maths

As mentioned above in the article, the Maths part of the entrance exam will cover 50 questions. Out of these, 10 questions will be from the topics picked from the syllabus of Class XI while the remaining 40 questions will be from the syllabus of Class XII.

  • Each question will carry 2 marks.
  • One will get 90 minutes to attempt all the questions.
  • No negative marking has been specified by the CET cell.
