The number of shares $500$

Then, shares of ₹ $25$ each at a discount of ₹ $3 = 25 – 3$ = ₹ $22$

So, the investment required to buy 600 shares $=22 × 500$

= ₹$11,000$

It is given that,

Number of shares $325$

Then, shares of ₹ $10$ each at a discount of ₹ $1.50 = 10 – 1.50$ = ₹$ 8.50$

So, the investment required to buy 600 shares $= 8.50 × 325$
