Solution:

The door’s axis is in the y-axis, and it is in the x-y plane. As the force is applied in the z-axis, the door rotates in both the positive and negative directions. Gravity is acting on the door in the y-axis direction. As a result, the door’s weight prevents it from rotating along the y-axis.
